Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that order processing and package delivery timing does not include weekends or holidays.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, a delivery signature is required for orders of $300.00 or more – for the mail carrier to release the package to you personally and ensure receipt. For other orders dispatched without a required delivery signature, we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages left at your shipping address.
Orders ship via USPS Priority mail service within the continental United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 days for your package to arrive. Please note that order processing and package delivery timing does not include weekends or holidays.
