If you need to make a return, please email us to initiate the returns process. We kindly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. If postmarked after that date, we will be unable to honor your return. To make an exchange, please return the original item and create a new order for your replacement item. Sale items are final sale. Gift items may be returned although refunds may only be credited back to the original form of payment.
Return merchandise needs to be in new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags intact. Please include a copy of your order invoice and contact information. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please use a trackable shipping service like USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with enough insurance to cover the merchandise cost, just in case your package is lost or damaged. Please pack your return carefully ... as we are unable to honor any returns for merchandise damaged by improper packaging or packages that were never received.
Merchandise returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been accepted and refund has been credited to your original form of payment. Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are nonrefundable. If your return is not accepted for the reasons above, it will need to be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns that do not meet these requirements.
